C.Y. Ok
Currently lives & works in Cleveland, OH
Changyeob Ok(a.k.a C.Y.), was born in Seoul, South Korea, is working as a visual artist in Chicago/Cleveland area. He is a former electronics engineer who worked with astrophysicists and visited CERN(The European Organization for Nuclear Research) in Switzerland before he pursues his practice in art. C.Y. studied Sculpture & Expended Media at Cleveland Institute of Art and finished his Master's Degree in Fine Arts(Art & Technology Studies) at School of Art Institute of Chicago.
Most of his works are inspired by nature and logical structures of electronics, pushing the boundary between technology and art.
